Secret Curves is a New York based corporation that was founded in 1998 and has grown into a $35 million per year enterprise. The lingerie designs are spearheaded by Camille Block who has designed for Vanity Fair, Warner’s, and Victoria’s Secret. Their collections are supplied to designers such as Priscilla of Boston, Kenneth Pool, and Anne Barge. Their collections are comprise exclusively of lace bras and exemplifies the style and quality of Camille’s talent.
Secret Curves NY has built a a name for itself by providing the highest quality lingerie that adheres to high standards of fit, form, and aesthetics. Every season Secret Curves designs and produces lingerie meeting these standards and delivers them to retailers such as Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, MAcy’s and Bergdorf Goodman. These retailers have been in business with Secret Curves NY for many years due to their attention to detail and high standards.
Secret Curves designs bras and bras alone. I saw no indication of sleepwear or nightwear on their site. The bras are gorgeous but simple; the bras are designed to fit comfortably and caress the female form. A variety of bra styles are available including: soft cup bras, under wire bras, teen bras, padded bras and wire free bras. This company is just a wholesaler; no online e-shop unfortunately.
They do have excellent “Flaunt & Flatter” and “How To Measure” sections. You will notice that all of the images in these sections are form Victoria’s Secret; one of Camille Block’s past clients.

Jolidon – Romanian Lingerie
Jolidon was founded in 1993 as an import-export company in 1993 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Jolidon produces lingerie and swimwear as well as sleepwear. They first attended Lyon Mode City, their first international fair in 1998; which showed the lingerie community that Jolidon was here to stay. The same year saw the most popular swimsuit from Jolidon created, the F60.
Later at Lyon Mode City,in 2001, Jolidon had the most articles of lingerie selected for the “trends presentation” – a total of 24 were chosen from Jolidon’s collections. Over the next few years Jolidon expands its offices to neighboring countries of Italy, Hungry,France and other locations within Romania. At its core, Jolidon is a young and youthful company when compared to the large conglomerates such as Triumph or La Perla. Jolidon is a combination of beautiful colors, embroidery and high quality fabrics used to redefine the everyday woman. Jolidon brings new styling and unique ideas as it pertains to design.
Jolidon has their own retail stores as well located throughout the countries of Romania, Italy, Hungry and France; and their designs are sold across the world in boutiques and high end retail department stores.

Great News for Curvy Women
After some 14,000 women joined a group on Facebook, Marks & Spencer of Great Britain, has eliminated the surcharge on full figured sized bras. In the past at Marks & Spencer had an additional 3 or 4 dollar charge for larger sized bras – those sizes above and including D and DD. This is the case in most stores; Macy’s, Victoria’s Secret, and a few others still engage in this pricing practice. Several women interviewed on High Street in London were overjoyed. I have to agree with these women. Why should they pay more just because they have curves?

Sexy Summer Swimwear From Myla London
Myla is one of my personal favorites and since I haven’t posted anything new about them in a while I thought I would give a little swimwear for the upcoming summer beach and pool months. My favorite new swimsuit from Myla has got to be the Justine Bikini; it is a halter bikini top and has pretty good coverage while still providing great cleavage. The bikini is in the style of the “Bond Girls” and has an air of danger. The matching bottoms for the Justine Bikini from Myla has a “buckle” of sorts indicative of the Bond style swimsuit. I think this style was in Octopussy but there were so many Bond movies that it is hard to tell.

Its not all swimsuits for the beach though; of course every girl needs a wrap or cover up for the beach or pool! Myla has a few that are simple, comfortable, and extremely lightweight. The Camille Beach Pant just looks like fun and is made from a cotton silk blend allowing for a great feeling fabric. A cute side sash/tie is included in the design for a little fun and youthful feeling.

The Carla One Piece Suit from Myla is a great one piece. I am not a huge fan of the one piece as the designs for one piece suits has fallen off in recent years, Well that is no longer the case with the Carla suit.Extremely low cut for the ultimate in cleavage. It is a halter styeld suit with a thin halter strap and some additional detailing under the bust. Sexy,seductive and in Passion Purple so you will be sure to get “eyed” at the beach or pool.
