Novia – Colombian Lingerie
Novia is a lingerie design house located in Colombia South America. Latin America has always been a source of style and sensuality but in recent years these countries have gained a hold on the world stage. It may be due to the sultry styles or angled cuts of fabric, but the fact remains that South America is a leader in the lingerie industry. Novia has expanded their hold to Australia in the past year and was met with great success.
Novia has a flare for color! As they should considering were their home country is. The lingerie is a reflection of the Pacific and Caribbean climates of the region. Bold and bright colors are blended with the most exquisite fabrics to produce gorgeous lingerie sets and separates. The online store also carries other brands as well. Some of the brands include Ea Lingerie, Phax, and Armonia. Novia’s lkine of lingerie is small but worth the look. Only a few bra styles are available from Novia, but they have a multitude of underwear and panty styles. In addition, Novia Lingerie offers a wide variety of camisoles, tank tops, and chemises.

Started in 2000 by Lauren Amerine, Isabella Fine Lingerie carries only French and Italian lingerie. After a trip to Europe in 1999 Lauren realized that there were no suitable or comparable lingerie boutiques in the Midwest. She jad always loved the designs from France and Italy and decided to open her own boutique. She now has two store locations and an eshop, and has been on business for eight years.
Every expanding her ranges and styles, Lauren does her best to provide a great selection for every customer, online and off. Designers include: Blush Lingerie, Christian LaCroix, Huit, and Nina Ricci to name a few. The site is simple and appealing as well as being very easy to navigate. I would certainly buy from this boutique. Her stores are located in the greater Chicago area and the online boutique may be found at this address: www.shopisabella.com. Be sure to visit their blog. In addition the shops all have professional fitters; online there is a step by step instruction for sizing yourself.

Liliana G Lingerie is an importer and distributor of fine South American, more specifically, Colombian Lingerie brands, as well as having a couture lingerie range of their own; they are located in Australia. Each year their ranges incorporate fine fabrics, laces and finishing work to bring fine lingerie to the marketplace. A mix of colors and translucent fabrics add seduction and playfulness to their designs.
Although they haven’t put out a new collection since Winter 2008, they still offer some great lingerie for virtually any occasion. Blue Corset Co
The Blue Corset Co is a great little boutique offering designer labels and fantastic service. Amanda Nixon, the company founder, grew tired of having only a limited selection of design brands when shopping in department stores and the few specialty boutiques close to her only carried mixed items and styles. She took it upon herself to found The Blue Corset Co to meet the needs of the market that were not being fulfilled. The Blue Corset Co delivers service, upscale brands and a wealth of styles to choose from.
Designers at the e-shop include Argentovivo, Andres Sarda, ID Sarrieri, Ed Hardy, and Cosabella to name a few. Virtually every style of lingerie is available for purchase from corsets, of course, to camisoles and from boyshorts to bikinis. The selection of items is a bit limited but the prices are reasonable for the designers in stock although there is a large selection of designer bras.

I stumbled across La Vie L’amour and was impressed with the design of the site and their selection. They are located here in the U.S. but I am not sure where. Think of the boutique as a little escape from the everyday. With a little vintage and Victorian feel to the site, it is a pleasure to look through their collections and ranges for any length of time. La Vie L’amour literally means “for life, for love,” and that is their motto. Lingerie for life, and lingerie for love.
Their prices are very reasonable and they stock many well known designer labels. Designers such as Assia, Bracli, Luxxa and one of my personal favorites, Sawren. Their bra and panty selection covers every need and desire; from the everyday to the seductive nights. A well rounded bridal section is filled with corsets, babydolls, garters, and bra sets to entice, support and bewilder on your wedding night and honeymoon. A bridal registry is also available so you can let all of your friends know what to get you for the bridal shower.
Some great nightgowns and chemises are carried in stock from designer labels like Sensual Mystique and Leonie-Paris. Of course you can find garters, babydolls, camisoles and sexy corsets in a variety of colors, fabrics and from various designers. A leather lingerie section has been recently added for a bit more seduction and fun. All of you curvaceous women will be pleased to know they have a selection of styles just for you; it’s even listed on every page!
In short, you should put La Vie L’amour on your list of e-shops to visit and become a patron of. Customer service is there to help you and you can always contact the company through email if need be. I couldn’t get images from their site as they have right clicking turned off. But you should definitely check out the shop!!!

Playful Promises Swimwear Collection
I don’t usually post about swimwear but when I saw this season’s Playful Promises Swimwear Collection I just had to! Think of it as lingerie for the beach; sexy, seductive and a little retro revealing just enough to keep you coming back for more. A small bow in front gives it a touch of softness while the sides are open for a better tan and more attention from on-lookers. The suit is available in Paradise Pink or Classic Black.

The retro style goes on to include a retro bow bikini also in Classic Black or Paradise Pink for those willing to show a bit more. The bikini bottoms have small side ties adding to the already feminine feeling of the swimwear. The top looks more like a luxury bra than a swimsuit and would definitely turn heads on any beach or at any poolside gathering.
